Bumper Sumo is a 3D arena duel: two bumper pods on a glowing disc, and the first driver to knock the other off three times wins. Controls stay simple on purpose. On a keyboard, hold W or Up to drive, steer with A/D or the arrows, and tap Space or Shift to boost. On a phone, GO / BOOST / ◀ ▶ sit under your thumbs at 56px or larger. Physics are server-authoritative. Both clients send throttle, steer, and boost; the server steps the cars, resolves bumps, and decides who left the rim. Your screen interpolates so the pods stay smooth on a mid-range phone — DPR is capped, and the scene is a handful of spheres and a torus, not a film render. A boost hit near the edge is usually the knockout. Stay near the center when you are the one being hunted. Play online with a five-character room code, Local vs on one device (WASD vs arrows), or vs Computer at Easy, Medium, or Hard. Hard aims through you toward the void and boosts on contact. Controls

Desktop: W or ↑ to drive, A/D or ←/→ to steer, Space or Shift to boost. Local vs splits WASD + Space and arrows + Enter. On a phone, GO / BOOST / ◀ ▶ sit under your thumbs.

Fair online play

Physics run on the server. Your browser sends throttle, steer, and boost; both screens interpolate so the pods stay smooth. The 3D scene lazy-loads three.js on this page only and caps device pixel ratio for mid-range phones.
