By accessing or using My MP Games ("the Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Description of service

My MP Games provides free multiplayer HTML5 browser games. The service includes:

• Online multiplayer rooms with room codes
• Local vs (same-device multiplayer)
• vs Computer (single-player practice)
• Optional text, voice, and video chat

No account registration is required. All features are provided "as-is."

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any illegal purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users in chat or gameplay
• Spam, flood, or disrupt rooms or chat channels
• Attempt to hack, exploit, or abuse the game mechanics or server
• Scrape, bot, or automate gameplay without permission
• Impersonate others or use offensive usernames
• Share personal information (yours or others') in public chat

Violations may result in being blocked from the service (IP-based ban).

User content (chat, names)

Any content you submit (guest names, chat messages, voice/video) must comply with acceptable use. We do not monitor or pre-screen content, but we reserve the right to remove users who violate these terms.

Report abuse: If you experience harassment or see rule violations, contact us with details (game, room code, approximate time).

Intellectual property

All game designs, code, graphics, and site content are owned by My MP Games or licensed appropriately. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the games or site code without permission.

Fair use: Screenshots, gameplay videos, and reviews for personal or editorial purposes are allowed with attribution.

No warranties

The Site is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted service or error-free gameplay
• Accuracy of game rules or AI behavior
• Compatibility with all devices or browsers
• Security of communications (though we use HTTPS and WebRTC encryption)

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, My MP Games and its operators are not liable for:

• Loss of data, progress, or access
• Harm from other users' conduct (chat, voice, etc.)
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Changes to service or terms
