Sky Roadster is a free flappy car game online. You fly a little red electric roadster through a long sky course. Every tap fires a short gas jet from beneath the car and lifts it up. Between taps, gravity pulls it back down and the nose tilts with your speed. Thread the gap between each pair of pylons, pick up glowing energy cells and reach the finish line. How to Play Sky Roadster
Each race is one course with a clear start and a finish line. The bar at the top of the screen shows how far you have flown, with a marker for every other car in the race. The car moves forward on its own at a steady speed. Your only job is height.
Tap to lift, let go to fall
One tap gives one burst of lift from the jet under the car. Tap again before you drop too far. Short, even taps keep the car level; lots of fast taps send it shooting up. The car can't fly above the top of the sky, and touching the ground ends your run.
Pylons and gaps
Pairs of pylons stand in your way, one from above and one from below. Fly through the gap between them. The gaps move up and down from one pylon to the next, and they get a little narrower towards the end of the course. Hit a pylon and your run stops where you crashed.
Winning a race
Everyone flies the same course at the same speed, so it is about who survives. If you reach the finish line and your rival crashes, you win. If nobody finishes, the car that flew furthest wins. If two cars finish, the one with more energy cells wins.

Race friends online (room code)
Press Create room and share the invite link or room code. Friends ask to join and you approve each one, so strangers can't walk in. Up to 6 players race at the same moment on the exact same course. You see the other cars as see-through ghosts flying beside you. The server checks every finished run against the course, so the results are fair. Room chat works in the lobby and during the race.
Play vs Computer
Playing alone? Press Play vs Computer and race a computer car on the same course. Pick easy, medium or hard in the game options. The computer only reacts to what is on its screen, it needs a moment to react to each new pylon, and it sometimes makes real mistakes, so even hard can be beaten.
Local vs on one device
Press Local vs, type the names of 2 to 6 players and take turns on one phone, tablet or computer. Everyone flies the same course one after another. A Hand the device to … screen appears between turns, and the scoreboard keeps every run so you can compare.
Controls for Keyboard and Touch
- Phone or tablet: tap anywhere on the game to fire the lift jet. It works in portrait and landscape, and the page doesn't scroll while you play.
- Computer: click, or press Space, ↑ or W.
- Sound: soft, calm sound effects that follow the site's volume button.
Tips to Fly Further in Sky Roadster
- Tap in a rhythm. Small, steady taps beat big panicky bursts.
- Look ahead. As soon as you pass one gap, line up with the next one.
- Stay in the middle. Between pylons, hover near the middle of the sky so you can reach a high or low gap in time.
- Grab cells only when it's safe. Energy cells break ties, but a crash costs far more.
- Watch the end. The last part of the course has the narrowest gaps, so slow your tapping down and stay calm.
