Neon Brawl: Spacing, Stun, and Original Fists

No licensed faces — just Volt, Forge, Nyx, and Hex in a neon cage. Neon Brawl is a conversation in hitstun: who walked first, who blocked, who spent the special.

How people play

Room-code online, Local vs (WASD+FGH vs arrows+JKL), or vs Computer at Easy, Normal, or Hard. Variants swap Neon Cage for Rooftop Rift or Void Dock. Everyone starts on the select screen.

Common challenges

  • Mash recover Pressing through hitstun instead of waiting for the punish window.
  • Special spam Throwing Arc Bolt or Void Orb on cooldown and walking into a charge.
  • Jump panic Hopping into Hex’s Pulse Upper because the ground felt scary.

What strong play proves

A Neon Brawl win proves you can hold a spacing plan across two rounds while still converting a light-light-heavy when the door opens.

What it improves

  • Hand–eye timing Realtime titles train precise, continuous control.
  • Decision speed Good enough now beats perfect too late.
  • Opponent reading You track habits, bluffs, and tells across rounds.
  • Composure Mistakes happen — recovering cleanly is the real skill.
